FAQ
No. Artist Access is for professional artists who bring and manage their own clients. Eleven does not guarantee customers as part of standard Artist Access.
No. Eleven does not take a percentage from your tattoo income. Approved artists only pay for the workspace reservation; the client payment belongs to the artist.
Professional tattoo artists with a consistent portfolio, strong hygiene standards, respectful conduct, and their own clients can apply. Access is review-based and only approved artists can book workspace time.
Approved artists add balance with the Eleven team after approval. The minimum initial balance is ₺20.000; confirmed workspace reservations deduct from that balance.
Cancellation is free until 24 hours before the start time. Within the last 24 hours there is no automatic refund; the studio may review exceptional cases separately.
Yes, approved artists can book multiple dates when availability, booking limits, and the 3-workspace capacity per block allow.
Artists should bring Personal machines, Preferred needles/cartridges, Inks, Personal consumables, Any specialist equipment. Eleven provides Prepared workspace, Reception and waiting area, Design corner access, Wi-Fi and shared studio areas, Shared area cleaning.
Artist Access booking blocks are Half Day 09:00-17:00, Evening 17:00-23:00, or Full Day 09:00-23:00. Arrival and workspace details are confirmed with the Eleven team.
